Another area that has quite a few homes in the category is northern Olathe so. of K-10 Highway (that leads to Lawrence) Another booming area with a lot of new construction.

This is 4+ br'S, 2+ baths and 2+ garages with basement up to $200M in Jo Co. & less than 15 years old Nothing came up in the NE quadrant like Mission, Prairie Village, etc. These homes are in western Shawnee out by K-7 highway where there is a huge construction boom. Taxes are higher because of the cost of the fast growing DeSoto School District.

These are all 4 bedrooms in so. KC and Grandview area less than 15 years old with price range up to $200,000 & over $180, which I sent yesterday

Whole duplexes in Jo. Co. all have 3 Bedrooms, 2 BAths, but only 1 garage There aren't any with double garages. These should break even or better from the beginning and are in great locations. The one on Kessler has been on the market quite a while and is very large. The second one backs to single family and is surrounded by higher dollar single family homes.
